skate 3

  1. My Thoughts on Skate 3
Do you want a game that has endless fun and possibilities? Skate 3 does and that’s why I like it. Skate 3 is an open world skateboarding game for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It is the third of its series but it does not follow the previous game. Which I personally like about it.

The game can be played by anyone, if you skate or not you will still have plenty of fun. There is plenty of tricks and things to do in the game. In the story you start out as an average skate rat were you meet some people and start a skateboard company. As you help them, they ask you to skate hard and spread the word out about the company. You compete in challenges that get the company more and more sales. By the end of the story you are noticed as the best skater in the city and, the brand you helped with is now the biggest skateboard brand in the country.

One reason this game is great is because it is very simple to play. The challenges aren’t too hard, and if they happen to be too hard, you can always lower the difficulty level. So you don’t have to worry about getting mad and stuck on a level to long. It’s also not hard to get around the city because you can teleport to the location if you can’t find it. In this game you even have the opportunity to make your own mega skateboard park.

I like it more than most games because it lasts long. The entire story mode takes a very long time to complete. It is really good for long playing. I can play for hours and still be doing something new.

This game is great because it is very cheap. Right now this game is only $20 and for that price, it is a steal. I mean honestly $20 for days on days of playing. In my opinion it is a great deal. Most video games are $50 and don’t even come close to as much content as skate 3. The best thing is, skate 3’s price is going to continue to drop. Slowly but it is still dropping.

Compared to other skateboard games out there this is the best one I have had. And, trust me I have played just about everyone on Xbox 360. It is also the best out of its entire series. Each game EA sports makes, they fix the old problems and make the rest of the game better. And like most of gaming companies they look at feedback all the time and use the feedback to improve the game.

If I rated this game on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 9.5. Because the only small problem is small glitches. They don’t mess with you at all but are slightly annoying when you have been playing for a long time. The rating for this game is T for teens. However, it is a lot tamer than expected. Kids from 9 and up could play it in my opinion.
