Hello, looking for a move with things for almost any one? Well look no further, behold guardians of the galaxy. Warning In it contains Adam Sandler like humor, explosions, space, technology, superheroes, tree Vin Diesel, talking raccoons, and utter hilariousness. It is about a heroic band of space criminals who save the galaxy, avoid people who want to kill them, and escape from prison.
Guardians of the Galaxy started as a comic somewhere between 1960 and 1980 and made appearances on other marvel kids TV shows such as avengers assemble. The movie was released 7/1/14 and the DVD was released 12/9/14. It has since become a block buster film which has raked in several hundreds of millions of dollars from the movie, DVD, and merchandise. Good things about it are it is currently out on DVD, it has several stars people will most likely recognize, it has material enjoyable for almost anyone, and it is very very funny. Bad things are it contains foul language and humor, consumption of alcohol, people die, IT IS NOT FOR KIDS YOUNGER THAN 13. Other than those 4 things it is a great movie I think most will enjoy.
In the box office guardians of the galaxy raked in up wards of 95 million dollars and attracted millions of viewers worldwide and some even say it is the best marvel movie made yet. However for people who aren’t diehard fans of the marvel universe there will be something’s I should explain for you. Infinity stones- before the creation of the universe in this movie there were 6 singularities after the creation of the universe they were made into 6 stones and can each wield unimaginable power. Kree empire- in marvel traditionally an interstellar power who get in wars with the nova corps. (The good power in this movie) and humans on earth (not in this movie). Nova corps. - An interstellar power that killed the ancestors of the villain in a series of wars with the Kree and try to arrest the heroes for breaking several laws.Thanos- in both comics and movies a powerful being who tries to use the infinity stones to rule the universe
In my opinion it was the funniest most action packed movie I have ever seen in my life and is defiantly in my top 10 list of movies. The director was James gun and the actors and voices of the main characters were. Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, David Bradly Copper, Vin Diesel, Dave Batista, Michael Rooker, lee pace, Karen Gillan, and Glenn Close.
Honestly, even though Guardians of the Galaxy’s humor isn’t for everyone and people will not be as draw to explosions and super heroes and space as I am I still thought it was an incredible movie. So if you think this movie is the type for you I would suggest going to your nearest Walmart or target and buying it at your convince. Or if you know someone give it to someone for the holidays. Merry Christmas everyone and a happy new year.
