Go Ape!

  1. If you are up for an adventure Go-Ape is a great place for you! Imagine zip lining through tree tops, climbing ropes and testing your balance on the obstacles up high in the trees. It’s a great place for friends and family.

Go-Ape is an adventures zip line course. It cost around $35 to $37 for people 10 to 17 years old and $55 to $57 for adults. So it’s not the cheapest but it’s worth it. Go-Ape is an overall fun experience but I do not recommend it if you have a fear of heights.

In this zip line course you are attached to a harness that is attached to a zip line going across the trees. In the trees you walk across weird looking bridges to get across to the next tree. It’s surprisingly difficult to do.

When you go through the course you are sent in groups. So you are able to take friends and all have a great time together. It is extremely fun experience to have with friends and family.

During the course you have to climb up rope ladders walk across crazy bridges that twist in the air and climb up nets. There are also some parts that you go through when you are just ridding down on the zip line and it is actually really relaxing. I think it is worth the money, with all the fun obstacles to go through.

I would say that the only bad thing about the course is when there is a wait to go to the next obstacle. There is usually a wait when there are a lot of people going through the course in a big group. Also there can be a wait when someone is taking a long time going through whatever obstacle they are on because there can only be a certain amount of people on one course at a time and it’s about three people.

Go-Ape is an overall fun experience and is great for bonding with friends and family. Since there aren’t many other zip line courses in Maryland then there aren’t so many options to choose, but it’s a great place to have fun. I strongly suggest you visit Go-Ape if you haven’t already.
