Automation Cars

  1. Automation Review
Do you like cars or video games? If not, scoot along now, nothing to see here! Automation The Car Company Tycoon Game is a game developed by Camshaft Software. In my own opinion, it is a fantastic game. The game just has so much to offer, yet it is not even complete. Although it does not have a broad appeal, the game is easy to pick up and easy to get hooked on. This game has some pros and some cons. After I review those, we will talk about what you can do within the game.

So what is the big deal about this game anyways? A great thing about Automation is the game’s price. $25 for the standard edition and $35 for the game with bonus content and “The Making Of Automation Art-book/ E-Book” Another nice thing is how far from complete the game is, yet so much more is expected to be added into the game. I love the attention to detail and what you can do in this game. The community is friendly and the developers of the game are always open to new ideas. They are always trying to make a good game that people will pick up and enjoy. Finally, you can expect this game to go onto Steam, an online video game community and store that many video game players love. There are so many things to love about Automation. However, some things are not so great.

What are some things that will make people turn their head away from Automation? Probably the most common one is the fact that you can’t drive the cars that you make. Another common complaint is the graphics. Even on the highest quality, the game does not look the best. Also, in the games current state, you can expect bugs. The game crashes, freezes, and generally breaks all the time. For instance, minimizing the game will crash it. Of course, most of these issues will be fixed in the final version. One final reason some people may not enjoy Automation is that this is not an easy game. It’s not your average “Shoot The Baddie” sort of game. You have to design cars from the camber to the compression. It’s very confusing if you jump right in. (Like me!) With all these issues it is easy to understand why people may not like Automation if you aren't patient.

So what can you do in Automation? The most basic gameplay element is the fact that you design your cars along with their engines from top to bottom. When you make a car or engine, the chances are that nobody has ever made anything like it. You design the cars body from a large number of preset bodies. Then you can place headlights, tail lights, door handles, Badges, vents, and much more! After that you make your engine. You want a twin turbo V8 Engine that make 2500 horsepower? Go ahead! I did it, why don’t you? In Automation, no two cars are the same, nor should they be. Automation also has a lot of built in scenarios that have set challenges for you. There is even a multiplayer version of the scenarios, which works great! I had a blast playing with the best players, and the worst players. Everybody had fun and nobody was rude. The things you can do an Automation is awesome! Make a 400 MPH Supercar? Do it! (No really, you can do that in game.) There is so much to do in Automation!

All in all, Automation is an amazing game. You may have not have heard of it, but if you like cars, you should definitely get it. The price is good, the developers are friendly, the multiplayer is fun, and you can have a blast with Automation. This is definitely one of my most favorite games.
