Pokémon X and Pokémon Y are two games Nintendo released last year. This game included many new Pokémon, characters, and even a new type! It’s really cool!
These game not only includes over 70 new Pokémon, but also many mega evolutions for already existing Pokémon. Mega evolution powers up Pokémon to the max. There are also new ways to battle and trade with other people around the world. This game also includes a new type for Pokémon to be classified into called fairy type.
You can also trade and battle people playing Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, (which came out November of 2014). You can also transfer Pokémon from previous Pokémon games. Unlike in previous games, Pokémon X and Y is not very pixelated. Almost all of the Pokémon games that came before X and Y were in an 8-bit style. This style is very flat and is not very visually appealing. X and Y looks more like an anime style cartoon. You can also change the appearance of your character in the game. This is a new feature to Pokémon games.
Pokémon X and Y have different Pokémon depending on which version you have. Pokémon X has the Pokémon Xerneas, which is pretty much just a giant blue deer. Pokémon Y has the Pokémon Yveltal, which is like a large, black and red bird thing. There are also many more Pokémon that are game specific.
Well, I think that Pokémon X is great and I’m pretty sure that my sister loves her copy of Pokémon Y. We hope to get copies of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire for Christmas. I hope this helped you make a decision on a good game to get. Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah!
